Everyone, wedding guests and bridesmaids alike, loved them so much that Two Birds was born.
Twobird bridesmaid how to#
Having been eternally frustrated with spending too much money on bridesmaid dresses she never wore again, Ariane set out to find a solution to what she perceived as being a fairly widespread problem: how to make sure your closest girlfriends look and feel beautiful at your wedding so when Ariane was married in Jamaica in early 2007, her bridesmaids wore the multi-functional dresses she had created.

The dress itself is the invention and passion of New Yorker Ariane Goldman (Finkel) and as with any great idea it was born out of personal experience. So no matter your bridesmaid's style you can mix and match but maintain a consistency.

The cut is designed to be worn in a variety of styles - from bandeau to halterneck, asymmetrical to boatneck. These gorgeous and versatile dresses are made of a silk jersey material, and available in a range of colours and lengths. They are simply the most 'Bridesmaid friendly' dresses we have ever seen - your friends will love you forever! well that's a 'twobirds' Bridesmaid dress. Imagine a dress you can wear in more than fifteen different ways, in a stunning range of beautiful 'wear-again' shades, in a fabric that is beyond forgiving and comfortable to wear. If you're not familiar with the two birds bridesmaid dresses yet, you need to be - as Aoife explained. So this week the choice was easy - we heard via the twittervine ( following us yet?) that Aoife & Deirdre of The Bridal Lounge had just become the proud stockists of the Two Birds bridesmaid range of dresses. Stuff We Love on Fridays is all about just that - wedding stuff we discover during the week, love, and just have to tell you about.
